Cabresto Tequila:

Tequila must be made in a certain area of Mexico to be called tequila. More specifically, in the Tequilera region of Los Altos de Jalisco. There, the sun, earth, and tequila-making knowledge produce the world's best "pinas."

In these fields, Cabresto workers handpick the finest, 100 percent blue agave. And from those plants, through a "process original," the tequila made represents a new standard among ultra premium liquors of its kind.

Cabresto Tequila comes in both Ultra Silver and Reposado, both of which can be found in local liquor stores as well as bars and eateries.

Ultra Silver

This exceptionally smooth tequila won the San Francisco World Spirits Double Gold Award in 2011. It's exceptionally smooth, equally as sweet in the nose as in the flavor. It also has herbal notes with strong flavors of baked blue agave — it's remarkably well-balanced. Its full-body flavor is best enjoyed by either sipping or including in a premium margarita.

Reposado

This gold liquor won both the San Francisco World Spirits Double Gould Award in 2013 as well as the S.I.P. International Spirits Gold Award in 2013. It's aged in white oak barrels for over six months, and its flavor has hints of honey and herbs with a slightly smoky finish. It's good in a snifter or on the rocks, and is enjoyed by those who love small-batch bourbons or fine cognac.
