A brand new craft beer emporium, Rochester Tap Room, is set to open in just a couple short weeks. The speakeasy-style pub promises over 60 craft taps, plenty of "boutique wines," and some superb food. In fact, they're claiming they'll have the biggest craft options in all of Oakland County.

According to their website, the food menu will consistently feature classics as well as a rotating menu that will offer guests new and varying options. As for now, their online menu shows they'll serve charcuterie plates, bar snacks, pizzas and flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches, and brunch.

Their opening draft list includes L. Mawby Sex Pink Champagne, Bell's Cherry Stout, Falling Down Mother Cluster Cream Ale, Unity Vibrations Bourbon Peach Kombucha, B Nektar Zombie Killer, MIP Two Fisted Old Ale, Uncle John's Cherry Apple Cider, and many more. There's an even longer list of beers they're saving to tap later. That list includes names like Bell's Hopslam DIPA, Perrin Kill 'Em All Imperial Stout, six different offerings from Latitude 42, Dogfish Head American Beauty, Lagunitas Pilsner, and more.

The bar's grand opening is scheduled for Thursday, March 12 with a media preview on Tuesday, March 10.

Rochester Tap Room is located at 6870 N. Rochester Road.
