Italian cuisine goes beyond pizza and spaghetti and some of the best Italian restaurants are found throughout the metro Detroit area. We teamed up with our good friends at Yelp, to pull together this list of the best Italian food spots across the metro area. From cold cuts and cannolis to eggplant parmigiana and tiramisu, these are the best Italian eateries in metro Detroit.
