I do feel it's important to state that after reading of the myriad sexual assault allegations against the singer, as expertly reported by both Jim DeRogatis and Jessica Hopper, I myself can no longer enjoy his music. At all. I urge others to be as informed as possible about him. I wish this stuff were not true, but it really seems to be, especially when one learns of the singer's reaction to such allegations.
The man is clearly a total musical genius. But how he has evaded being treated the way we all treat Bill Cosby these days is beyond me.
