Cooler temperatures increasingly becoming the norm this time of year call for some indulgent comfort food to help get you through the frigid fall and winter months. Just in time for the change in seasons is Mudgie's comfort dinners, reintroduced today via social media.
Dig in on four meat 'n potato, open-face sandwich entrees, including roasted turkey, corned beef with beer kraut and mustard, roast beef with horseradish cream sauce and meatloaf with beef gravy. The new menu also features a number of pastas and happy hour specials.
The new offerings come just a few weeks after Mudgie's opened its newly-expanded bar space. Both editions are quite the timely news, given the cooler weather, as Detroiters everywhere start spending more times indoors.
