MOCAD’s Annual Monster Drawing Rally fundraising event invited 100 artists to create drawings over the course of three one-hour shifts while a few hundred people gleefully gawk at a process that is rarely seen.

Santa Speedo Run Every winter for the past eight years, brave souls in the Detroit area freeze for a mile in just speedos and Santa hats while running along Woodward Ave. from Campus Martius. The event is a fundraiser run by Halo Detroit to benefit local charities.
