Bumbo’s Pop-Up

This Polish food pop-up is curated by Brian Krawczyk and has been coming in installments since June. The November edition will feature a menu of Banh Mi-ski sandwiches (summer sausage, kishka paté, pickled veggies, and beet-horseradish mayo), potato, cabbage, chick pea, and smoked gouda-stuffed pierogi topped with lemon-dill cream, roasted leeks and pumpkin, celeriac paté with pumpernickel crisps, beet-cured salmon with creamed lentils, and green porridge made of sorrel, arugula, lemon, and rice. The pop-up will be in-house from 6-9
