Hold onto your butts because shit is getting straight up Jurassic.

If you’ve ever daydreamed about what it might be like to walk among gentle giants triceratops and brontosaurus — or get freaked out by a terrifying T-Rex — then Dinosauria at the Detroit Zoo is for you, returning as the largest dinosaur adventure of it’s kind in the country with some 40 lifelike animatronic dinos featured along a 3-acre DinoTrail. Whether you’re looking for some family fun or a stoner adventure, this is sure to be a blast from the past.

Dinosauria will be on display starting Friday, May 25 and will run until September at The Detroit Zoo; The park opens daily at 9:30 a.m.; 8450 W. 10 Mile Rd., Royal Oak; 248-541-5717; detroitzoo.org; Tickets are $6 with zoo admission for visitors 2 and older.
