J.L. Stone and Cash City Pawn are holding insane liquidation sales right now

Last week J.L. Stone and Cash City Pawn owner Sheldon Stone announced he was closing both of his longstanding stores in downtown Detroit in order to pursue retirement.
Stone is selling the properties to Bedrock, and he says he approached the company about adding the buildings to their already large portfolio.

Now, the stores are both having liquidation sales in order to offload stock and begin the process of shutting down.

“I have priced all merchandise at both locations to sellout as soon as possible," Stone said in a press release. "Everything has been drastically reduced. Whether you are a regular customers or have never been in either store, you can come in and take advantage of some amazing offers.”

Sales at both stores are underway stores.

At J.L. Stone suits are buy one, get three free; shoes are buy one, get one free; all boys suits are $30; slacks are buy one, get two free; coats are buy one, get two free; sweaters are buy one, get two free; jeans are buy one, get two free; shirts are buy one, get two free.

At Cash City Pawn, jewelry, televisions, radios, speakers, and household items are all "priced to sell." All items will be sold before the store closes.
