Richard Hannay was looking for something to spice up his boring life. His routine night out in the West End soon leaves him in the unprecedented situation of being the only person capable of saving London. Murder, mystery, and mayhem consume his life as he works desperately to clear his name and solve the mystery of The 39 Steps. A parody of the 1915 novel by John Buchan and the 1935 film by Alfred Hitchcock of the same name, The 39 Steps mixes the thriller genre with the humor of Monty Python.
