SCREENING "A TABLE OF OUR OWN" - BLACK PEOPLE AND PSYCHEDELIC THERAPY

The Detroit Psychedelic Society will screen “A TABLE OF OUR OWN”, a documentary film about the use of psychedelic substances in Black communities to reduce the effects of psychological and racialized trauma and improve mental health outcomes.  Detroit is among few urban American cities to have decriminalized psychedelic substances, through Ballot Proposal E, which local voters approved in November 2021.
