Northville Rib Fest

When: Fri., Sept. 25, 5 p.m., Sat., Sept. 26, 12 p.m. and Sun., Sept. 27, 12 p.m. 2015

As the name implies, this family fun event offers a delectable selection of ribs and barbecue by world-class ’cuers Old Carolina Barbecue Company, Stonewood Smokehouse, Rub Pub BBQ, Smoke Ring BBQ, Shuck N Ladder, and many more. In addition to smoked meats, adults can enjoy craft beer, a rib cook-off, and live music, while kids enjoy the “kids zone” bounce house, face painting, and monster truck rides. Free admission all weekend makes this the perfect send-off to a summer well spent. Ford Field Park is located at 150 Griswold St., Northville.
