Metro Detroiters Are Invited to the 8th Suburban-Urban Interfaith Unity Picnic

Detroit-area residents are invited to the 8th Suburban-Urban Interfaith Unity Picnic on Sun., August 5 at Area 6B, Belle Isle State Park. Lunch and entertainment, including live music, a disc jockey, games for children and adults, face painting, singing, dance, and drumming will follow a brief interfaith service at 12:15 p.m. A complimentary grilled main course will be provided and participants are asked to bring a side dish to share.
