FoodCorps - Ian Cheney & Kurt Ellis

Curt Ellis and Ian Cheney are the co-creators of King Corn, a documentary about their year growing one acre of corn and watching it transform into high fructose corn syrup and fast-fattened beef. After King Corn, they teamed up to create the Truck Farm film and education project, all based on a farm-on-wheels planted in the back of a 1986 pickup.
