Black History Month Film Fest, presenting award-winning Detroit Filmmakers

Centric Place, Center for Art, Culture and Entrepreneurship along with Blackbird Gallery present a Film Fest celebrating the rich cultural heritage and creative talent within our community of Metro Detroit's Black Filmmakers. As we commemorate Black History Month, we aim to showcase and uplift the diverse voices and stories of African-Americans through the art of short films. This dynamic evening of film and discussion will contribute to the celebration of Black history, culture, and art, representing the powerful narratives embedded within Metro Detroit's Black community.
