Plays in the Beggars, the Blueflowers, Kenny Tudrick, the Sugar Clouds.

Currently, I play in the Beggars, the Blueflowers, Kenny Tudrick, the Sugar Clouds, and a new project with old friends called the Old Shatterhand. Balancing them all isn’t easy. It’s only possible because some bands that I’m involved with have a less regular practice schedule and only book shows when the timing is right. Gigs with all these bands can be a juggling act sometimes, and I realize how lucky I’ve been in avoiding conflicts. More than once, I’ve played in three bands on the same day. Mainly at festivals, though, all on the same stage, or venues near each other. The Blueflowers and the Beggars are both very active, and take up the majority of my time. Some bands, like the Sugar Clouds and the Old Shatterhand were more or less formed as recording projects around songwriting friends. But the live bug always bites.”
