Who says you can’t celebrate Halloween in February? Detroit horrorcore rappers Twiztid return as hosts of the newest pop culture convention — Astronomicon. Once again, the weekend-long event will be held at the Wyndham Garden Sterling Heights hotel, but for Astronomicon’s second iteration they’ve enlisted a celebrity roster that will make heads spin.

Bam Margera, Twisted Sisters’ Dee Snider, and everyone’s favorite former child demon vessel, Linda Blair, will headline the lineup along with Paranormal Activity couple Micah and Katie, Edward Furlong from American History X, and Tim Jacobus — the dude who illustrated over 50 Goosebumps book covers. The weekend also boasts an artists’ alley, after-hours board gaming, free play video game room, and a cosplay contest.

Astronomicon begins at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9 and Sunday, Feb. 10 at Wyndham Garden Sterling Heights Hotel; 34911 Van Dyke, Sterling Heights; astronomicon.com; Tickets are $65 for weekend passes, $25+ for single day tickets, and $200 for VIP passes.
