The world's largest bounce house is coming to Michigan

The world is burning, folks. Children are in cages, there's an ongoing debt crisis, and oceans are filled with Frappucino straws. But once in a rare while we are given a break from the gloom and doom.

On Aug. 3 through Aug. 5, this reprieve comes in the form of a bounce house  — the world's largest bounce house.

Though it is more of a palatial estate than a house, the Big Bounce America bounce house will pay a visit to Fraser's Steffens Park as part of a nationwide tour. The Guinness World Record-holding bounce house measures at 10,000 square-feet, towers at 32 feet tall, and features an obstacle course, basketball courts, a slide, and a ball pit. Attendees can venture through an inflatable jungle complete with animals, as well as inflatable trucks, boats, and four-poster beds in case you out-bounce yourself. The inflatable castle will also feature a DJ so you can bounce and grind to your heart's delight (to "age appropriate" music, of course, according to the website.)

As for age restrictions? There aren't any. However, access to the Big Bounce has been broken up into four different age sessions.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased here.
