If your kid has a strong set of pipes and can wail on cue, you might have a TV star on your hands.

A mysterious Craigslist posting went up Sunday night calling for children actors ages 8-12 of "all colors and backgrounds" to star in a television pitch to a major streaming service. It's paired with a Goosebumps-style illustration of a cloaked skeleton entering a graveyard. But what does this have to do with lasers?

The scene entails a "laser tag establishment" where an innocent tournament becomes a fight for survival. The listing states that filming will take place over the course of a single day and is unpaid, though food and drink will be provided.

Seeing how the spooky kid genre has been crushing the Netflix game (we see you, Stranger Things), there is hope that a genre-bending series set in Detroit (this project is described as a cross between horror/comedy/fantasy) might have a chance at gaining an audience.

Interested actors can have their parents send headshots, resumes, and audition videos here.

A top-secret production backed by a reputable production company seeks actors (Male/Female) ages 8-12 of all colors and backgrounds for a pitch to major streaming services and TV outlets.

The series is a horror/comedy/fantasy that will be for all ages and set in Detroit.

The particular scene in question involves a Lazer Tag establishment where the tournament is a literal contest of survival. Screaming/Crying, convincingly and on cue is what we are after.

1 day of shooting. Food and drink provided.

Please send headshots, resumes and any audition videos via the "reply" button on this post.
