Earlier this year Mo Pop Music Festival announced it would be moving from its former home at Sterling Heights' outdoor amphitheater Freedom Hill to West Riverside Park in Detroit, bringing the excitement from the suburbs to Detroit proper.

The festival takes place July 25 and 26 and will feature acts like Modest Mouse, Passion Pit, Chromeo, Jessica Hernandez & the Deltas, and more.

Today, festival organizers announced there will be more than just music at Mo Pop. Festivities will also include an adorable craft fair featuring local vendors.

Names like Handmade Detroit and Glass Action are highly recognizable among the roster of more than a dozen local crafters that will appear at Mo Pop's Craft Bazaar. The list also includes Brazen Cosmetics, Gingerly Made, Aromaholic, Reware Vintage, Re-Zip It, Mended, and Spazz Happy. According to a release, more names will be added soon.

The Craft Bazaar is just one of the "villages" that will serve as complementary entertainment to Mo Pop's music. There will also be a food truck alley, a biergarten (the lineup hasn't been announced yet), and a space called Mo Tech where patrons can check out some technology by local hackers, artists, start-ups, and inventors.
