When not doing their best to better the lives of pets across the state, the Michigan Humane Society is capturing cuteness in the best way possible – with a calendar.
For next year’s Michigan Humane Society calendar, the animal welfare organization is holding a contest, ending tonight, to determine which pets will be featured in the 2019 edition. The contest is doing more than just cultivating cuddles as each entrant comes with a minimum $25 donation, and every vote is worth $1. So far, the contest has raised $16, 719 of a 20,000 goal.
The top voted pet will receive a “Pet of the Month” feature in the calendar with a bio accompanying the photo. The rest of the top 40 will be included in the calendar solely with photos. All winners will receive prizes including free copies of the calendar.Â
