As we reported last week, Royale with Cheese — a Pulp Fiction-inspired, “retro style” burger shop infused with American barbecue and Mediterranean flavors — will be the newest addition to Midtown’s ever-expanding dining scene when it starts serving at Willis and Cass.
Chef and co-owner Hass Bazzy tells MT the restaurant was supposed to open this weekend, but a few more minor tweaks still need to be completed. He expects to be open in the next week or so.
