A true bistro feeling fills this tiny place with its paper-covered tables and offhand decor, not just because the uncovered windows are lettered repeatedly with the word. Such bistro stalwarts as Frech onion soup, lamb shanks, ratatouille and sweetbreads over spinach and leeks can be found in Tim Winterfield’s casual and attractive spot in Applegate Square. Sunday dinner has been added.
