It’s no secret that we here at Metro Times love Sister Pie. We also love paczki. So when they posted that they’d be making some very special confections this Fat Tuesday, we felt extra special inside. Lisa Ludwinski & Co. plan to make salted peanut butterscotch and pumpernickel poppy meyer lemon flavored paczki as well as a very special pierogi and paczki hybrid they’re calling a pierczki.
