Art, music, and cats? Talk about the ultimate meow-ge-à trois. Ferndale’s Catfe Lounge will host this one-of-a-kind evening featuring acoustic performances by Brother Hallow and Remnose as well as the opening of Emotional Locations, a photography collection by Andrea Baquero. Oh, yeah — it’s also a cat adoption event so you can rock out, tune in, and give a purr-baby their fur-ever home just in time for the holidays. The Nosh Pit Detroit food truck will also make a yummy appearance.

Exhibit opening and concert takes place on Friday, Dec. 22 at the Catfe Lounge at 7 p.m.; 821 Livernois Ave., Ferndale; 248-733-3554; catfelounge.com; Admission is free.
