It’s also a fine ingredient for cooking, as demonstrated by D’amatos Executive Chef Paul Jackman on a recent segment of FOX 2.

Vodka Sauce Recipe
– 14oz tomato puree
– 1 lb of butter
– 3/4 cup of Titos Handmade Vodka
– 1/2 once oregano
– 1/2 once basil
– 1/2 once red pepper flakes
– 1 qt of cream
– 1 oz beef stock
