The most attractive of the cantinas in Mexican Town, Los Galanes offers, in addition to the expected enchiladas, tacos and burritos, such dishes as roasted baby goat, caldo de res (hearty beef and vegetable soup) and swordfish fajitas for those who want to avoid the emphasis on tortillas.
