A billboard in downtown Detroit promoting travel to Ohio with the slogan “Ohio: The heart of it all” went viral over the weekend, leaving Michiganders confused and Ohioans defensive. Also, for some reason, they really want Michigan to take Toledo back. Too late, guys. Too late.
