'Batman v Superman' stars hang out with Michigan's Organization for Bat Conservation

Zack Snyder, Ben Affleck, and Amy Adams apparently took a break from filming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in Detroit to hang out with Rob Mies of the Bloomfield Hills-based Organization for Bat Conservation, filming a PSA for National Save the Bats Week. In the video, the stars learn about the importance of bats in the ecosystem and even build bat houses out of materials from the set of Batman v Superman.

Bats have been dying in North America from a fungus known as white-known syndrome in recent years (of course, you already knew that, from reading about it in Metro Times' recent interview with Mies). As Affleck so eloquently puts it in the video, savebats.org is the place to go to learn more about "preserving this important, valiant knight of a species, for now and years to come."
