Friday was the perfectly hot, sunny day for Breakaway Festival at Belknap Park in Grand Rapids. The summer fashion was on point and everyone had smiles on their faces (and, hopefully, some sunscreen). Beside the artists there were a few new things this year like a fun McDonalds area where you could get you picture with Ronald and play games. The mainstage artists on Friday included KLO, DJ Mandy, Frank Walker, Disco Lines, Gryffin, and Zedd.
