What’s up with all these goofy pop-up names? They usually have the same convention. We’ve seen names like “Guns & Butter,” “Salt & Acid,” and now, “Tonic & Juice.” It will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 15 at Coffee and (_______), located at the corner of Jefferson Ave. and Chalmers Ave. in Detroit.

Diners can expect “hoards of herbal sachets, herbal tisanes, bamboo infusers, pre-order pickups, both savory as well as sweet waffles, coffee, egg strata, and super positive vibes.” Arrive early, as we’re told the last installment sold out. More information is available at Tonic & Juice’s Facebook page.

So that’s Tonic & Juice at Coffee and (_______). Got it? Of course you don’t, this is getting ridiculous.
