There's a very interesting new promotional video for Detroit Vegan Soul. Owners Erika Boyd and Kirsten Ussery talk about the business, naturally, and how they hope to expand it. But the real pleasure is just seeing Detroiters of all types, from basball-cap-clad old-timers and little old ladies to little kids, all somewhat amazed that the food they're eating is both vegan and delicious.
