Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill is branching out into hot chocolate.

The Armada-based company has teamed up with fellow Michigan company Franzese USA Inc. to make its new Blake’s Hot Chocolate. Both companies are family-owned.

“Blake’s has always been about connection, tradition, and creating experiences that last,” Blake’s CEO Andrew Blake said in a statement. “That’s why partnering with Franzese USA on Blake’s Hot Chocolate was an easy decision — their dedication to quality matches our passion for bringing people together. We’re excited for our guests to enjoy this new offering during their orchard visits.”

The new Blake’s Hot Chocolate is available at Blake’s Orchard and Cider Mill in Armada, Blake’s Backyard in Almont, Blake’s South Lyon, and the company’s multiple Bakehouse46 stores.

“The Blake family stands as one of the few American families to both cultivate their land and open it to the public as a leading agritainment destination,” said Franzese USA Inc. co-founder and CEO Paolo Franzese. “The opportunity to partner with Andrew and the Blakes Orchard is a testament to our quality ingredients and focus on serving high-quality indulgent treats — I’m excited to see their customers enjoying an indulgent cup of Blake’s Hot Chocolate next to a cozy bon fire.”
