Bucharest Grill is once again serving shawarma in downtown Detroit now that its new 130-seat store is up and running on Columbia Street. The location is just around the corner from its now-shuttered first shop inside the Park Bar.
The shop, at 436 W. Columbia St., offers 21 beers on tap, including a mix of local craft brews and national brands.
Bucharest announced the new store, which is its fifth, on Facebook on Friday. It also runs restaurants in Corktown, East Jefferson, Milwaukee Junction, and the Avenue of Fashion.
