Love Lyon Grill, best restaurant in town, great friendly staff, clean, well run, and the food is amazing. There’s not one thing bad on the menu, or that they make. I highly recommend you have a steak and a beer one evening – Kevin M.

The ambiance of the outdoor seating was beautiful. Would have been a tiny bit better if the decorative heaters were working. The food was delicious and well presented. A great halal place for a nice piece of steak. – Jaleh S.

Had a great first experience. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing! I am a very picky eater so the menu was different and I was unsure how to feel about it. The beef tartare was good for a first time person, flavorful and unique. The homemade ravioli was delicious with just enough cheese and a wonderful sauce. The skirt steak melted in your mouth, so tender. – Noelle S.

245 S. Eton St., Birmingham; 248-647-7774
Amazing. Incredible. Space is huge, beautiful decor. Warm, inviting, classy without feeling uber modern/sterile. Lots of warm wood and unique lighting. Aaron was our server and he was magnificent. Attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. Tables are spaced well for covid, everything was clean clean clean.
The food. Oh my, the food. The charcuterie board was the perfect starter. So many cheeses paired perfectly with the meats and *delicious* chutney. There were 2 of us, but 4 could have had plenty.
I had the filet, med rare, and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors! Seasoning was just right. Maybe the best steak Ive ever had. My partner had the sea bass, and while he liked it, one bite of my steak and he had selection envy. Had the mushrooms and brussel sprouts as sides and they complimented everything beautifully.
Portions are quite generous, we took plenty home. We have found a new favorite place.

What a gem!! The food and service were both excellent! It was the first time here for us but definitely a place we will come back to. The waitress was personable and spot on with her recommendations. I had the Delmonico steak which was cooked perfectly at the temp I had requested. The other dish was the halibut which was tender and tasty. I had the chocolate torte for dessert (can’t leave a proper review without having dessert, yes?)and it was chocolate decadence. My heartiest recommendation!! – Peter L.

Nothing short of impeccable, from the Owner Jerry warmly greeting you at the door, to the attentive waitstaff and the wonderful ambiance. Steaks are certified Piedmontese beef. The calamari appetizer is to die for, but is clearly meant to be a shared item. There’s plenty of it! Cocktails and the wine list are top notch. I have been here in both jeans and expensive business attire. Both are acceptable (within the grounds of reasonability!). I maintain that this is the finest steak house in the Metro area. My wife enjoyed her birthday celebration here immensely! Please note: reservations ADVISED. – Marc J.
