Legendary Detroit-raised soul and R&B singer Anita Baker is ready to sell her Grosse Pointe home, which she’s owned since 1993.

The 7,300-square-foot brick house has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms alongside 120 feet of water frontage with views of Lake St. Clair. Owners will have access to both the Grosse Pointe Farms and the Grosse Pointe City residents-only parks.

Built in 1987, the location is where the historic Horace Dodge and Rose Terrace mansions once sat. There are no available photos of the home’s interior, however, as it has been vacant for years and likely needs significant repair. New owners can choose to restore the home or start fresh with a new one on the lot.
