'Jam Pony Expressway through Your Skull: Taking the Detroit-Miami Line'

Posted By on Thu, May 21, 2015 at 1:26 PM

That's the name of the presentation that Dave Tompkins will give tomorrow at the Michigan Sound Conference, which is going down tomorrow at the main branch of the Detroit public library.

There are other panels, presentations and discussions is no chance that anything called Jam Pony Expressway through Your Skull: Taking the Detroit-Miami Line will suck — especially since it's by Dave Tompkins, with some sort of moderation by Motorbooty co-founder Mike Rubin.

Tompkins' presentation will echo the theme fo r the whole event, which is "theme for the conference is “how has Michigan generally, and Detroit in particular, been a leader in the creation of the global modern soundscape?” The full list of what's going down is here. See you there!
