The former Detroit Free Press building at 321 W. Lafayette has been transformed into 105 residential units with a gym, rooftop pool, and autonomous parking garage. The 14-story Art Deco building was designed by famed architect Albert Kahn. It had been vacant since 1998. Dan GilbertÂ’s Bedrock Detroit completed the renovations.

Here are photos of the building in 2014.
