Green Dot Stables 2200 W Lafayette Blvd Green Dot is pretty good at seating more than 6 people together, but the food sharing is why this place is ideal for a lot of people. Order all the sliders, honey!

Painted Lady 2930 Jacob St, Hamtramck The MT editorial staff likes to visit this ultimate dive bar in Hamtramck because you can usually push a few tables together and actually talk to the people you’re with. Cheap beer and good tunes help, too.
Rosie O’Grady’s 279 W Nine Mile Rd, Ferndale The Rosie O’Grady’s in metro Detroit are pretty similar to the Hamlin Pubs. Rosie’s does have big party rooms that can be used for private events, so that’s a pretty big bonus.
Three Blind Mice 101 N Main St, Mt Clemens This Mt Clemens bar has a huge upstairs that you reserve for private parties. Plus, they have so much beer that you will never have any problems finding a beer that suits you.
