While it may not get the credit it is due, the city of Dearborn is nothing short of a dining destination. The Detroit suburb is home to a large population of Arab Americans, so naturally there are a bevy of phenomenal Middle Eastern eateries, but the city also has plenty of Coney Islands, diners, burger joints, Mexican restaurants, and sushi bars.
