It has come to our attention that a Detroit mansion once owned by Wes Borland, the flamboyant guitarist from nu metal band Limp Bizkit, is back on the market.

Located at 55 Arden Park Blvd. in the Boston-Edison district, the 8,421-square-foot home was built in 1924. It was purchased by Borland and his then-fiancé Carré Callaway of indie rock band Queen Kwong in 2015, who bought it sight unseen and moved from Los Angeles to renovate it as part of a DIY Network home improvement show. (The two have since parted ways; Callaway recently recounted the experience on her blog.) According to listing photos, the property still has elements Borland and Callaway added, like a piano and a sign for their former record label Edison Sound.
