Authorities say a Detroit man attempted to toss a football loaded with contraband over two prison fences and into an inmate exercise yard, but failed miserably when his throw fell short.

The ball, apparently, was loaded with heroin, marijuana, tobacco and three cellphones — with chargers — and, sources close to MT say, season two of the Netflix original series Orange is the New Black.

An officer at Jackson's G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility is said to have witnessed the incident, and arrested the suspect, twenty-two-year-old Detroiter Christen D. Moore.

Moore was arraigned Tuesday on contraband charges in Jackson District Court and was jailed on a $50,000 bond.
