The Detroit Lions played their first home game of the season on Sunday with renewed energy from fans, coming off the high from the team beating Super Bowl Champions the Kansas City Chiefs at the NFL season opener. There was more buzz downtown than on Detroit Tigers opening day, but of course, in typical Lions fashion, the team disappointed by losing to the Seattle Seahawks 37-31. We’re going to keep rooting for them anyway.
