Guests dressed in 1920s attire celebrated Canadian Club 100% Rye whiskey at a Prohibition-themed party on Monday, April 25 at the Detroit Historical Museum’s Streets of Old Detroit exhibit with dinner, cocktails, live entertainment, and hand-rolled cigars. Hiram Walker, the founder of Canadian Club, was a lifelong Detroit who moved operations to Windsor ahead of the temperance movement, according to the company. Photos by Dustin Blitchok.
