The tavern opens up the garage door, likely closed in the freezing winter months and the space during the summer. Parc 800 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48226 – (313) 922-727 A lunch favorite for downtown business types, this restaurant is a sure stunner in the middle of downtown Detroit’s Campus Martius, situated right next to the skating rink. The real star is the huge ceiling to floor windows surrounding the entire dining space, they are removed on cool summery days. The elegant new American fare is decadent and so is the wine list. The Skip The Belt, Detroit, MI 48226 This evening bar is just that, this rather large hole in the wall is located in The Belt, their large garage doors open up to alleyway riddled with people. This skip is filled with colorful art and the laid back space is nothing more than a bar and some space for people to drink and talk their way through The Belt.
