Grand Rapids' Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park announces 2021 summer concert series

  • Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park announced the return of the Fifth Third Bank Summer Concerts for 2021.

The Beach Boys, Ani DiFranco, The Verve Pipe, Umphrey’s McGee, and Trombone Shorty, are among the 28 artists announced as part of Grand Rapid's Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park Fifth Third Bank Summer Concerts at Meijer Gardens series.

Since all pandemic capacity restrictions are expected to be lifted July 1, all shows will have 1,900 general admission tickets available. The grounds have also been expanded and improved since 2018, including increased space in the general seating area, new restrooms, an expanded plaza and concessions building, improvements for artists' accommodations, and the completion of the Steve & Amy Van Andel Terraces for sponsor seating.



The Gardens have also partnered with Etix for ticket sales.

A members-only presale starts at 9 a.m, on Saturday, June 26 through midnight on Friday, July 9, and to the general public at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 10. Ticket sales are online; there is no on-site box office.
