He's baaaaaaaack.

As Metro Times reported, White dropped his latest single yesterday,  "Connected By Love" from his upcoming record Boarding House Reach — and now it has a release date.

Previously described as "bizarre" by White himself, Boarding House Reach will literally reach the masses Friday, March 23 via Third Man Records and Columbia. The album art for both the album and the limited edition vault package has also been released.

The official press release reveals that the 13-track record was "written and conceived while holed up in a spartan apartment with no outside distractions, Jack replicated the identical environment and used the same gear as when he was a 15-year-old" and that Boarding House Reach "is a testament to the breadth of Jack White's creative power and his bold artistic ambition."

To celebrate the announcement, a limited edition "Vault" package will be made available through Third Man Records subscription service from Friday, Jan. 12 through Wednesday Jan. 31 and includes a colored vinyl version of Boarding House Reach, photographs, full-sized album lyrics, and an "arresting" hologram

White is slated to headline the Shaky Knees Music Festival (May 4-6), Boston Calling Music Festival (May 25-27), and the Governor's Ball Music Festival in New York (June 1-3). More dates are expected to be announced soon via White's official website.
