Flint Eastwood shares new music video for song 'Rewind'

Detroit's Flint Eastwood just shared her latest music video for the song "Rewind" off her latest EP called Broke Royalty. Not only is this one of our favorite cuts from the EP, but it also features fellow metro Detroiter DJ and Producer GRiZ.

Flint Eastwood (aka Jax Anderson) said in a statement on Facebook that, "This video is about merging your childhood self with your older self & learning how to fight those battles in your mind."

Before the Broke Royalty EP came out this past spring, we caught up with Flint Eastwood and her collaboration with GRiZ on this funky track. She describes the process happened pretty organically since they were both working on music at Assemble Sound.

"GRiZ just happened to be in town working on something at Assemble Sound and I was working on a song so we just sat down and came up with "Rewind.""

Flint Eastwood has a pretty busy fall season planned as she is opening up for indie pop band PVRIS on tour, including a stop at the Royal Oak Music Theatre on Friday, October 20.
