The Return of the Legends Block Party Edition This one’s for the hip-hop heads. The Return of the Legends brings together old-school pioneers of the genre. Arts, Beats & Eats A longtime downtown Royal Oak happening, this family-friendly fest brings together national music acts, mouthwatering food from local restaurants, and hundreds of artists in a juried art show.
