Even though he moved to Ann Arbor in 2015 to coach the Wolverines at the University of Michigan, former San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh kept his Bay Area mansion — until now. According to the Los Angeles Times, the home recently sold for $11.78 after less than a year on the market — nearly double the $6.3 million Harbaugh paid in 2012. The 8,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as a guest house with its own kitchen and attached gym. The 1.3-acre site also includes a pool and fire pit.

Realtor.com only shared a few photos from inside the mansion, but scrolling through them, it’s perhaps clear why Harbaugh held onto the home for so long.
